REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

THE SHORT VERSION

Digital downloads are final once delivered, unless the file is faulty or you were charged in error.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method in 5 to 10 business days.

Sessions can be rescheduled free with 48 hours notice.
This policy applies to purchases and bookings made through www.coachwkd.online. Coach WKD is a trading name of Wayde Kerwin Damon ("Coach WKD", "we", "us").
1. Digital products
Digital products are delivered by email as a download link as soon as payment is confirmed. Because a digital file cannot be returned once it has been delivered, all sales are final once the download link has been sent, except where:

the file is corrupted, missing or materially different from its description (we will replace it or refund you);

you were charged twice or in error; or
-
South African consumer law gives you the right to a refund.
To ask for a replacement or refund, contact us within 7 days or purchase with your order number.
2. Coaching sessions (in-person or online)

Rescheduling: free if you give at least 48 hours notice.

Late cancellation or no-show: the session forfeited.

If we cancel: we will offer a new time or a full refund.

Weather and venue: if an outdoor session cannot go ahead due to weather or venue problems, we will reschedule it at no cost.

Illness or injury: please inform us before the session and we will reschedule where we can.

Online sessions: if a session cannot take place because of a technical problem on our side, we will reschedule or refund you.
3. Video analysis
You can cancel for a full refund before we start your analysis. Once analysis has started or been delivered it cannot be refunded, unless we fail to deliver it within 5 business days, in which case we will refund you in full.
4. The Inner Ring (Patreon Membership)
The Inner Ring is billed and managed through Patreon. You can cancel at any time in your Patreon account, and refunds, if any, follow Patreon's own terms.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method through our payment provider, Paystack. They usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
6. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
