2. Using the website
By using this website, booking a session/s or buying a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement, or have a parent or guardian do so for you.
3. What we offer
We offer fast bowling coaching (in-person sessions, sessions with a professional fast bowler, online coaching assistance and video analysis), digital training programmes, and access to a membership community through Patreon. Descriptions and prices are shown on the website. We may change or withdraw services, update prices, at any time. Changes do not affect orders that are already confirmed.
4. Bookings, prices and payments

Prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.

A booking or purchase is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email.

Payments are processed securely by Paystack through our website. We do not see or store your full card details.

Session times depend on availability. Please arrive on time, a late session may be shortened with no price reduction.

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Digital products and licence
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own training, You may not copy, share, resell, upload or publish it, in whole or in part, without our written permission. Download links may expire after a set period, so save your file when you receive it.
6. Health and safety
Our training content and coaching are educational and general in nature. Training, bowling and warm-ups involve physical effort and carry a risk of injury. Before you start, make sure you are healthy enough to train, and adjust any programme for your age, training history, injury status, environment and the demands of the session. If you have persistent or significant pain, get assessed by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional and stop the activity. You take part at your own risk, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Under 18s
If the athlete is under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms, make the booking or purchase, and provide appropriate supervision where required.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our programmes, including text, images, videos, logos and the Coach WKD name, belongs to us. You may not use it commercially without our written consent.
9. The Inner Ring
The Inner Ring membership is provided though Patreon and is also subject to Patreon's terms and policies.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, our products or our services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act.
11. Privacy

12. Changes of these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept it.
